Shipping & Delivery Information
At East Coast Fabrics, we know that once you’ve found the perfect fabric, you want it arriving quickly, safely, and ready for your next project. Every order is packed with care by our team before being sent from our Queensland store.
Most fabric orders are carefully folded and packed into shipping satchels. For larger or bulkier orders, we may pack your fabrics into boxes to ensure they arrive securely and in the best possible condition.
Shipping Within Australia & New Zealand
We currently ship throughout Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express delivery options available at checkout.
Because fabric orders can vary greatly in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:
- The products in your cart
- Parcel weight
- Parcel dimensions
- Your delivery location
To view available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and pricing, simply add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address during checkout.
Please keep in mind:
Delivery estimates are provided by the postal carrier and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Larger orders may not be eligible for PO Box delivery due to parcel size restrictions.
All orders are packed and dispatched from our Lawnton, Queensland store.
New Zealand Deliveries
We currently offer international shipping exclusively to New Zealand customers.
All New Zealand parcels are shipped with tracked postal services through Australia Post. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are automatically calculated during checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
Please note that customs processing and local delivery networks may occasionally impact delivery times.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Tracking may be provided through Australia Post.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder first, as tracking notifications can occasionally end up there.
